About Cacao Mindfulness Practice

Cacao Mindfulness Practice in Ålesund offers a structured way to pause, recharge, and sharpen focus. With the support of ceremonial cacao, practical mindfulness tools, and a calm setting, you step out of daily demands and give space for clarity and presence.

Once a month, we gather in a small group (around 10 participants) for an evening designed to support everyone – whether you are leading others, studying, between jobs, or simply seeking balance in everyday life. The practice creates conditions for reflection, renewed perspective, and clarity.

What to Expect

The session includes:

  • Cacao: ceremonial cacao prepared with homemade oat milk or water, a touch of salt, and honey. This natural drink supports focus, balance, and calm energy.
  • Mindfulness: short, practical breathing and awareness exercises, guiding you through all five senses to bring presence and clarity.
  • Music journey: live sounds and instruments to encourage relaxation and a fresh perspective.
  • Reflection & sharing: optional, a brief round to share experience from the practice.

No previous meditation experience is required.

The sessions are held in Norwegian, but you are welcome to respond in English, Latvian, or Russian.

Location: ARtstudio, Keiser Wilhelms gate 53, Ålesund

Contribution:

  • Single session: 250 NOK
  • Clip-card (3 sessions: 660 NOK) – recommended for those who want to build continuity and strengthen the effect of the practice over time. The card is valid for 6 months.
